Dr. Sangeetha Rajah, Director & Principal Doctor
Dr. Sangeetha brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her practice. With a specialization in women's health and geriatric care, she combines years of expertise with a meticulous approach to patient care. Despite her demanding schedule and thorough consultations, her commitment to each patient ensures comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.
Recently relocating from Swan Hill to Bendigo, Dr. Sangeetha balances a thriving career with a deep love for her three young children, whom she adores spending time with outside of work. Beyond medicine, she finds joy in cooking, often experimenting with new recipes to share with family and friends. She is also a passionate advocate for children with disabilities, inspired by her own daughter who has autism/ADHD. Dr. Sangeetha takes a personal interest in each child that comes through her door.
While her popularity may result in longer wait times, patients value her dedication and expertise, knowing they receive the highest standard of care under her guidance.
Dr. Kavitha Andiappan,
Rehabilitation Physician
Dr. Kavitha Andiappan is an esteemed Australian-qualified Specialist in Rehabilitation Medicine, with an international medical background. She completed her specialist training in Bendigo, Australia, and her undergraduate medical training in Ukraine. With 14 years of dedicated service to the Malaysian Ministry of Health as a Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist, Dr. Kavitha relocated to Bendigo in 2022.
Dr. Kavitha brings a wealth of clinical experiencein:
Neurorehabilitation: Stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and motor neurone disease.
Spasticity Management
Spinal Rehabilitation: Traumatic and non-traumatic spinal cord injuries.
Amputee Rehabilitation: Comprehensive care for amputee patients.
Pain Management: Neuropathic, musculoskeletal, and chronic pain.
Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation
Geriatric Rehabilitation: Falls, polypharmacy, and osteoporosis in elderly patients.
Available on Thursdays, Dr Kavitha specialises on procedural work particularly focusing on Botulinum Toxin A injections for muscular spasm and spasticity as well as joint injections i.e cortisone injections for pain management.
Dr. Kavitha has been residing in Bendigo with her family for the past two years and finds it an ideal place to raise her two young children. She plans to make Bendigo her permanent home, bringing her extensive expertise and compassionate care to the community.
Dr. Kavitha is multilingual, fluent in English, Tamil, Malay, and Russian.
Dr Ghazal Sandhu is a dedicated General Practitioner who is passionate about providing compassionate patient-centered care. She completed her MBBS and enjoys supporting patients of all ages in achieving better long-term health and wellbeing.
Her clinical interests include preventive health, chronic disease management, skin checks, comprehensive health assessments, women’s health and mental health care. She believes in listening carefully to her patients and working collaboratively to create practical and personalized management plans.
Dr Ghazal welcomes new patients and enjoys building long-term relationships while supporting individuals and families in maintaining their health.
Outside of the medical world, Dr Sandhu loves to travel and read books. Furthermore, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Lynette Francis, Practice Manager
Lynette Francis brings a wealth of experience and a calm, capable presence to her role as Practice Manager. She met our Head Doctor, Dr. Sangeetha, while studying medicine in Ukraine, and their shared commitment to patient care has remained strong ever since.
With a background in both clinical and administrative settings, Lynette combines medical insight with exceptional organisational skills. Her approach is defined by professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care — ensuring that every patient feels supported from the moment they walk through our doors.
Sam Algie, Practice Nurse
Samantha Algie is a highly experienced nurse known for her thorough approach, meticulous attention to detail, and deep empathy for every patient in her care. With years of hands-on clinical experience, Samantha ensures that each interaction is guided by precision and compassion.
Her calm and reassuring manner helps patients feel at ease, while her dedication to high standards ensures consistent, quality care. Samantha is an integral part of our team, bringing both skill and heart to everything she does.

Marnie is the friendly face who greets you at the front desk. Organised and approachable, she helps keep the clinic running efficiently while making sure patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Working behind the scenes, Joseph provides remote reception and administrative support with reliability and attention to detail. His work ensures seamless communication and well-organised systems, helping our clinic function smoothly day-to-day.
